Community College Student Health Plan
(UnitedHealthcare Injury and Sickness Insurance)
The primary purpose of student health insurance is to keep students in school so they can graduate and realize their professional and career dreams. UnitedHealthcare StudentResources is one of the largest student health plan marketers with hundreds of satisfied college/university clients Nationwide. CCSI worked with UnitedHealthcare StudentResouces to developed this statewide Injury and Sickness Insurancel plan for community college students and their family. Based on input from students, their parents and college administrators, the new plan is annual plan with 3 enrollment period by semesterly. Benefits included: regular office visit, in/out patient treatment and all state mandated benefits:

  3. Benefits for Cervical Cancer Screening
  4. Benefits for Mammography
  5. Benefits for Surveillance Tests for Women at Risk for Ovarian Cancer

  7. Benefits for Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Tests
  8. Benefits for Reconstructive Breast Surgery Following Mastectomy
  9. Benefits for Diabetes
  10. Benefits for Anesthesia and Hospitalization for Dental Procedures
  11. Benefits for Bone Mass Measurement
  12. Benefits for Prescription Contraceptives
  13. Benefits for Newborn Hearing Screening
  14. Benefits for the Treatment of Lymphedema
